NORTHEAST 

Birch: August 10. Elevation is 1 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 85°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass hybrids fair on shad around main lake and points. Report submitted by Jeremy Bersche, game warden stationed in Osage County.

Eucha: August 10. Elevation is 5 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 86°F and stained. (USGS Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jerk baits, and spinnerbaits around brush structure, points, and shorelines. Channel catfish fair on cut bait, dough bait, and hot dogs around coves, main lake, and shorelines. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and shorelines. Fort Gibson: August 11. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 78°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on buzz baits, rogues, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait and shad. White bass good on jigs, small lures, and spinnerbaits below the dam, dam, discharge, points, shallows, shorelines, and tailwater. Grand: August 10. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 89°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, and plastic baits around brush structure, docks, rocks, and shorelines. White bass good on Alabama rigs, in-line spinnerbaits, jigs, and spoons below the dam, flats, main lake, and points. Greenleaf: August 10. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 84°F and clear. Largemouth bass good on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, jerk baits, minnows, plastic baits, small lures, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around brush structure, creek channels, docks, points, rocks, and shorelines. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, hot dogs, shad, stinkbait, and worms around creek channels, docks, and flats. Hudson: August 10. Elevationis1.5ft.abovenormal and stable, water temperature 87°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, spoons, topwater lures, and worms around coves, docks, and shorelines. Striped bass hybrids and white bass excellent on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, plastic baits, spoons, and topwater lures below the dam, channels, and main lake. Blue catfish good on chicken liver, shad, and shrimp below the dam, flats, and points. Report submitted by Cody Morris, game warden stationed in Mayes County.

Kaw: August 11. Elevation is 9 ft. above normal and rising, water temperature 88°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on cut bait, grass hoppers, shad, stinkbait, sunfish, and worms below the dam, river channel, and rocks. Striped bass hybrids, white bass, and crappie good on crankbaits, hair jigs, jigs, minnows, shad, and spoons below the dam, main lake, and points. Paddlefish excellent snagging below the dam. Keystone: August 11. Elevation is 7 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 83°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on buzz baits, crankbaits, inline spinnerbaits, jerk baits, plastic baits, small lures, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around brush structure, channels, docks, shorelines, standing timber, and weed beds. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait around main lake. Crappie fair on minnows around docks. Report submitted by Tracer Wagner, game warden stationed in Creek County.

Lower Illinois River: August 8. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 72°F and clear. Rainbow trout fair on caddis flies, inline spinnerbaits, nymphs, PowerBait, and worms below the dam, shallows, and shorelines. Comments: Current river flow 1,200 CFS. Oologah: August 10. Elevation is 6 ft. above normal and rising, water temperature 82°F and stained. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair on bill baits, buzz baits, crankbaits, and spinnerbaits around points and standing timber. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on cut bait, live shad, shad, shrimp, and sunfish below the dam, channels, creek channels, and river channel. Skiatook: August 10. Elevation is 1 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 85°F and clear.
