SAPULPA — Early voting for the June 16 federal, state and county primary election in Creek County will take place at a new location due to anticipated voter turnout, according to the Creek County Election Board.
Creek County Election Board Secretary Vicki Martin announced Monday that early voting will be held at the Creek County Fairgrounds banquet hall, located at 17808 W. Highway 66 in Kellyville, instead of the Creek County Election Board office.
The temporary change applies only to early voting for the June 16 election.
Early voting will be available from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 11, and Friday, June 12, and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 13, at the fairgrounds location.
Martin said the polling place was moved because of anticipated voter volume.
