DRUMRIGHT — The City of Drumright recently recognized Brenda Grisham as its Employee of the Month for April to honor her decades of service and continued commitment to the community.
According to Shawn Gibson, Grisham has worked for the city for 26 years and was selected for her dedication to the daily operations of the Drumright Public Library and her consistent support of both staff and patrons. City officials praised her ability to maintain an organized, welcoming environment while ensuring the library runs efficiently.
“From managing daily operations to going the extra mile to help visitors find exactly what they need, your leadership truly makes a difference,” he said.
Grisham has become known for going above and beyond in her role. Her leadership and attention to detail have helped make the library a reliable and inviting space for residents. Often described as the “heart and soul” of the city’s library, Grisham’s contributions have left a lasting impact on the community she serves.
