Local students represent community at AGOC heavy equipment competition

DRUMRIGHT — A small group of dedicated local students recently participated in the AGOC Heavy Equipment Competition. Drumright students Brysn Hunt, Brantley Dobson, Landon Fisher, Austin Tull, and Ayden Coffelt showcased their skills and represented the community with pride.

The event, which brings together students from across the region, offers hands-on experience with heavy machinery and tests their knowledge in areas such as equipment operation, safety, and technical problem-solving. It’s designed to prepare students for real-world careers in construction, transportation, and other industrial trades.

The Drumright group exhibited enthusiasm and hard work that did not go unnoticed. The students demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic— qualities that reflect well on both their instructors and their hometown.

Opportunities like the AGOC competition not only build practical skills, but also inspire confidence and open doors to future career paths in high-demand industries. The community is proud of these students for stepping up, competing, and continuing to learn beyond the classroom.
