DRUMRIGHT — Central Tech continues to celebrate the employees who make a difference through its Life Changers recognition program, a monthly initiative designed to highlight staff members who exemplify the school’s core values, according to Marketing Coordinator April Nienhuis.
Launched in August 2023, the program named its first recipients in September 2023. Each month, staff members nominate peers who demonstrate Central Tech’s guiding principles of Integrity, Community, Relationships and Excellence. A committee then reviews the nominations and selects honorees.
The February Life Changers recognized for their commitment and impact include: Ronda Casey, Excellence Megan Parker, Integrity Lori Lee, Integrity Kim Wilson, Community Catherine Eimen, Excellence The Life Changers program not only acknowledges individual achievement but also reinforces the culture and values that shape Central Tech’s mission.
By spotlighting employees who go above and beyond, the program encourages a workplace rooted in professionalism, service and dedication to students and colleagues alike.
Central Tech continues to accept peer nominations each month as part of its ongoing effort to recognize those who truly make a difference.
