FISHING REPORT: Keystone: February 23. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 36°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on Alabama rigs, jerk baits, jigs, lipless baits, and plastic baits around brush structure and rocks. Blue and channel catfish fair on live bait around main lake. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure, docks, and main lake.
