DRUMRIGHT — The City of Drumright Board of Commissioners met on Sept. 21 for their regular monthly meeting. During the meeting commissioners accepted a donated ambulance, according to City Manager Shawn Gibson.
“This vehicle will have multiple uses. Mobile command for Emergencies, cooling and warming stations for fire department and public works,” said Gibson.
According to a city release, the surplus ambulance will be repurposed for emergency management purposes.
The ambulance comes to Drumright from the Creek County Ambulance Board. The commission unanimously approved the donation.
