DRUMRIGHT — Drumright Fire Department leadership recently announced that Assistant Fire Chief Lucas Andrews completed the Community Leadership Development (CLD) course through the Oklahoma Municipal League (OML).
The CLD program is designed to equip local leaders with the tools and knowledge needed to make a lasting impact on community and economic development, according to Fire Chief Brett Lunsford. Through the course, participants gain skills in areas such as teamwork, community assessment and planning, economic development, tourism, and community renewal.
By completing the program, Andrews joins a growing group of municipal leaders across the state who are committed to strengthening their communities through informed leadership and strategic development.
