One dead after medical emergency on U.S. 412

TULSA — A Jennings man died last week after suffering a medical emergency while driving on U.S. 412 west of Tulsa, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.Kenneth S. Richards, 76, was driving a Ford F-150 eastbound on U.S. 412 near 177th West Avenue at about 2:46 p.m.

Building fund increase being sought for Central Tech

DRUMRIGHT — Central Technology Center will have a building fund increase on the April 7 ballot. An approval would mean an additional two mills for the center and cost homeowners an estimated $22 per year for a $100,000 property valuation, according to Kent Burris, a Central Tech representative.
