Mannford officials display a ceremonial check for $693,820 from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to help fund the town’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure project. The loan includes 100 percent principal forgiveness and is expected to save the town an estimated $1.3 million compared with traditional financing.
