Randle named Drumright’s Employee of the Month for July

DRUMRIGHT — Andrea Randle has been recognized as the City of Drumright’s Employee of the Month for July 2026, according to City Manager Shawn Gibson. Her years of service at the Drumright Public Library and her commitment to helping local patrons have earned her the recognition.

Randle has been part of the City of Drumright team since 2012. In her role at the library, she assists patrons with questions, helps them locate books and works to make sure materials are properly prepared and the checkout process runs smoothly.

Gibson said Randle takes particular pride in helping library patrons find books that match their interests. She also helps maintain the children’s section, keeping it organized and welcoming for young readers and their families.

In addition to her regular duties, Randle supports a variety of library projects including the annual summer reading program and maintaining the library’s flower beds. The city manager described her as always willing to lend a hand and credited her positive attitude and dedication to serving the community as reasons for the recognition.

Outside of work, Randle enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her three grandchildren.
