TULSA — A Sand Springs woman was injured after being struck by a vehicle while walking in the roadway early June 11 in Tulsa, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred at approximately 1:25 a.m. near West Edison Street and North 49th West Avenue.
According to Trooper Jamie Guinn, 62-year-old Georgia A. Guillory of Sand Springs was walking westbound in the roadway on West Edison Street when she was struck by a westbound vehicle.
The vehicle was driven by 49-year-old Tiara S. Willis of Tulsa. Willis was not injured in the collision. A passenger in the vehicle was also uninjured.
Guillory sustained injuries in the crash, according to the report. No fatalities were reported.
The collision remains under investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
