OKLAHOMA CITY (May 10, 2024) -- In his latest e ort to defend fossil fuel companies from the Biden Administration’s attacks, Attorney General Gentner Drummond has fi led a lawsuit asking the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to review and declare unlawful the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) recently released new rule on existing coal, natural gas and oilfi red power plants.
