SAPULPA — Early voting for the Aug. 25 election will begin Thursday, Aug. 20, for Creek County voters.
Early voting is open to all registered voters, and no excuse is required, Creek County Election Board Secretary Vicki Martin said.
“This is a great option for those who will be out of town on Election Day or who want to avoid potential long lines,” Martin said.
Early voting will be available at the Creek County Election Board office during the following hours:
• Thursday, Aug. 20, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Friday, Aug. 21, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday, Aug. 22, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Election Board office is located at 203 E. Hobson Ave. in Sapulpa. Early voting will not be available at regular polling locations.
