Fish the “ugly” side of the lake. A breezy shoreline may look muddy and uninviting, but wind pushes plankton, insects and baitfish toward the bank. Cast parallel to the windblown shore, especially near rocks, points or flooded grass, where hungry fish may be waiting for an easy meal.
