KEYSTONE LAKE — A person was found dead Oct. 16 at Keystone Lake near Cowskin Bay in Pawnee County, according to a report by Lt. Danny Proctor of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Marine Enforcement Division.
The reported drowning occurred about 12:31 p.m., approximately 5 miles south and 3 miles east of Cleveland. The person, whose name and age were not released, was deceased when authorities arrived, according to Proctor.
The circumstances and cause of the incident remain under investigation. A personal flotation device was not in use, Proctor states. Weather conditions were clear.
