Mannford man injured in crash

MANNFORD — Two people from Mannford were injured Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash on the Turner Turnpike in Creek County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred at about 10:30 a.m. March 4 on westbound Interstate 44 near mile marker 184.5.

According to OHP, a vehicle driven by Luis Raul Delgado-Billicana, 19, of Jones, was traveling westbound when it struck another vehicle that had slowed due to traffic congestion.

Troopers said the crash occurred when Delgado-Billicana was traveling too fast for weather conditions and collided with the vehicle ahead of him.

The second vehicle was driven by Brandon Dwain Oslin, 58, of Mannford, who had slowed in traffic at the time of the collision. Oslin and a passenger in his vehicle were both injured in the crash.

Delgado-Billicana was also reported injured. All occupants involved were wearing seat belts, according to the report.

The crash remains under investigation.
