Birch: April 26. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 67°F and stained.

Carl Blackwell: April 26. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal and rising, water temperature 66°F and stained. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, plastic baits, spinnerbaits, and spoons around coves, docks, inlet, rocks, and shorelines. Crappie fair on jigs, minnows, and plastic baits around docks, rocks, shallows, and shorelines. Saugeye fair on jigs, plastic baits, and spoons around docks, main lake, rocks, and shorelines. Fort Gibson: April 27. Elevation is 4 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 69°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Blue,

channel, and flathead catfish good on cut bait and shad below the dam, discharge, shorelines, spillway, and tailwater. Largemouth, spotted, and white bass good on jerk baits, lipless baits, live bait, live shad, minnows, plastic baits, rogues, and spinnerbaits around brush structure, channels, creek channels, points, rocks, shallows, shorelines, standing timber, and weed beds. Hudson: April 27. Elevation is 1.5 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 65°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, flukes, jigs, spinnerbaits, and worms around brush structure, riprap, rocks, and shorelines. Striped bass hybrids and white bass good on Alabama rigs, hair jigs, live shad, and plastic baits below the dam and creek channels. Keystone: April 27. Elevation is 3 ft. above normal and rising, water temperature 68°F and murky.

(USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on Alabama rigs, bill baits, buzz baits, hair jigs, inline spinnerbaits, jerk baits, jigs, plastic baits, and small lures around brush structure. Lower Illinois River: April 24. Elevation is 7 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 53°F and clear. Rainbow trout fair on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, nymphs, PowerBait, small lures, spoons, and worms below the dam, flats, shallows, and shorelines. White bass and crappie fair on grubs, hair jigs, jigs, minnows, and small lures around brush structure, creek channels, shorelines, and weed beds.
