Football Tornadoes do good in scrimmage against Wetumka

The Drumright Tornadoes scrimmaged Wetumka. I don’t know who all the players were. I'll need a program to fi nd out. There looks like some promising athletes. Garrett Wright threw for a bunch of yards. Aiden Lumpkins really made some great yardage. Cordae McCormick caught a 60yard touchdown. Other than giving up two long passes to Wetumka, the Tornado defense did a good job against the run.

Backup quarterback Keegan Ward threw a 30-yard touchdown pass. Jagger Willing, Chase Creekmore, Conrad Reed, Carson Mattox, Sammy Blackburn and, as soon as I fi nd out more names to go with the numbers, I'll do a better job . The Tornadoes coach is Chris Elerick, Moses Williams and Scott Hollobaugh. The last two years the Tornadoes record is 19-5. The Tornadoes will play always tough Pioneer at Pioneer Friday night at 7 p.m.
