OWASSO — Sand Springs golfer Maggie Webb took on a challenging field Monday at the FVC Conference/Owasso Invitational at Bailey Golf Ranch, finishing 57th with a score of 115.
Webb navigated a demanding course that tested consistency across both nines. On the front nine, she carded a 60, highlighted by a par on the par-3 fifth hole and steady play on several others despite tough stretches.
She showed improvement on the back nine, shaving strokes to finish with a 55. Webb recorded pars on holes 13 and 14 and continued to battle through the final stretch, closing out her round with determination.
Webb competed in the Muskogee Lady Rougher Invitational Tuesday, April 7. Results were unavailable by press time.
