DRUMRIGHT — Drumright football coach Chris Elerick is leaving Drumright to coach at Enid. He was 26-10 as a head coach at Drumright. His first year here, we made it to the state quarterfinals before losing to Velma Alma and we finished 1`2-1 that season.

Recently, the Drumright Tornadogirlsandboyshosted Oilton. The Drumright Lady Tornadoes beat Oilton 4829. The Oilton Lady Panthers struggled against the seed of the Lady Tornado press.The Lady Tornadoes jumped out to a 17-0 lead.

Lady Pirates on four-game streak

MANNFORD — Last week was one small step for Mannford, one giant leap for the Lady Pirate basketball team as the Mannford girls won two and advanced their record to 9-4 and are now riding the momentum of a fourgame win streak.

Drumright hammers Dove Science

Girls lose to ADA JV The Drumright varsity girls lost to the Ada JV 32-25. The ladies were shorthanded because of injuries. We have lost three starters over the course of the season. Two of them were our leading scorers from last year. Another one is our point guard.

Varsity boys alumni end in 75-75 tie

In the Bible, young shepherd boy David fought the giant Goliath and killed him. Well there was no bloodshed in this battle. The varsity boys tallest player might be 6’2”. The alumni had 6’9” Steven “Speedy” Hall, 6’7” Jaxon Bolton, 6’5” Jesse Tharp, 6’3” Jonathan Chavez, 6’3” Travain Hall.
