Girls lose to ADA JV The Drumright varsity girls lost to the Ada JV 32-25. The ladies were shorthanded because of injuries. We have lost three starters over the course of the season. Two of them were our leading scorers from last year. Another one is our point guard.

DRUMRIGHT — The Drumright seventh and eighth grade boys at Cooper Middle School had been doing well in their ball games, they have lost to some tough teams to Oilton, Depew, and Davenport but they have beaten Davenport and Depew also. I saw them best Perry 47-11.

They say January is when a high school basketball team reveals its character… well, the Mannford Lady Pirates showed plenty of character last week as they won three of their four games and advanced their record to 7-4 overall.
