Lady Tornadoes open fast pitch season

Lady Tornado fast-pitch softball has begun. The team is 1-4, losing its first four games. We were playing a brutal schedule — playing Dale, who is usually number one or close to it, and Hominy twice. We only beat Hominy 1-0. We played pretty well, but we’ve given up some big innings.

CLEVELAND – It’s a humid summer afternoon at the diamond, and Cleveland Lady Tiger Head Softball Coach Lisa Moss is planted at third base, giving Chloe Carter a rapid-fire mix of, encouragement, and strategic wisdom. To the casual observer, it’s just a coach talking to her runner.

Tornadoes host Junior High Basketball Camp at Drumright

Recently, the Drumright Tornadoes hosted a team basketball camp.I believe Drumright’s only loss came to Coyle on the first day.I saw the second day — well… I missed their first game, when they beat Anderson by three. In the second game, they played Agra and won 33–25.
